Refund Policy

Happen Services provides professional consulting and implementation services.

Services

Payments made for consulting, project work, retainers, or other professional services are non-refundable. Payments will be invoiced through Quickbooks.

Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel ongoing monthly retainers with written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in their service agreement.

  • Any work completed or hours used prior to cancellation will remain billable.

  • Unused hours do not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Happen Services in the event of:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Services not rendered due to fault on our part

Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
